The price is based on 30 paying travelers and 5 free chaperones. For smaller independent groups we will adjust the price. The ratio for free chaperones stays at 1/6. The lowest number of paying participants for an independent group is 10.
LONDON, STRATFORD, BATH, STONEHENGE, LONDON
Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY – LONDON: Overnight flight to London.
Day-2. LONDON: Arrive in London in the morning. Board your bus at the airport and go on a guided city tour of this cosmopolitan city. See London’s famous landmarks: Buckingham Palace where Queen Elizabeth lives, 10 Downing Street where the Prime Minister of the UK lives and works, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, and the Houses of Parliament as well as the Clock Tower or Big Ben one of London’s best-known landmarks. Check into your hotel. In the evening, join your tour director on a walking tour.
Day-3. LONDON: Continue exploring London. First, visit the British Museum and have a guided tour of this enormous place. Established in 1753 it is dedicated to human history, art, and culture. Its permanent collection consists of about 8 million works. Walk on to see Tower Bridge and then visit the Tower of London where the Crown Jewels are kept. In the afternoon, go for a ride on the London Eye and enjoy the beautiful view of London.
Day-4. LONDON – STRATFORD: Today’s journey takes you to Stratford-upon-Avon and the world of William Shakespeare. See the house where he was born (Shakespeare’s Birth Place), Stratford’s most cherished historic place), Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, and the Holy Trinity Church where William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway were buried. Have a guided tour of this Shakespearean town by a local guide.
Day-5. STRATFORD – BATH: Continue by bus to Bath the town first established by the Romans in AD 43 as a spa resort with the Latin name Aquae Sulis. It became a famous resort town, and it is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit (guided) the Roman Baths with four main features: the Sacred Spring, the Roman Temple, the Roman Bath House, and the Museum holding finds from the Roman Baths. Also see some of the other finest architectural creations found in Britain such as the Royal Crescent, the Circus, Pulteney Bridge, and Bath Abbey the last of the great medieval churches of England.
Day-6. BATH – STONEHENGE – LONDON: Departure by bus to Stonehenge an iconic stone monument from around 2500 BC which once served as a burial place and a place of worship. Visit (guided) the site and continue to London for dinner and overnight.
Day-7. LONDON: In the morning visit the replica of the Globe Theatre, the most interesting London theatre. During the guided tour, a professional from the Globe Theatre Museum will lead you through the corridors, rooms, central stage, and exhibition area to learn more about this great theatre. The rest of the day is free for fantastic shopping in London. If you prefer to see more cultural sites visit the Tate Gallery with works by William Turner or the National Art Gallery (the entrance is free). In the evening you may wish to see a theatre performance.
Day-8. DEPARTURE: Transfer to the airport for your return flight.

PAYMENT POLICY:
A down payment of $300.00 for the tours in 2024 is due before July 31st, 2023, and for the trips in 2025 before July 31st, 2024.

The number of participants, the ratio, and the price can be changed according to request.
INSURANCE – optional.
Includes trip cancellation, lost baggage, trip interruption, and medical insurance. It will be added to your first payment.
