The price is based on 35 paying travelers and 6 free chaperones. For smaller independent groups we will adjust the price. The ratio for free chaperones stays 1/6. The lowest number of paying participants for an independent group is 10.
DUBLIN, DERRY, KNOCK, ENNIS, TRALEE, CORK, WATERFORD, DUBLIN
Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY – DUBLIN: Overnight flight to Dublin.
Day-2. DUBLIN: Upon arrival transfer to your hotel and after a short refreshment break join your tour director on a guided walking tour of Dublin. Walk through the statue-lined O’Connell Street and up to Eccles Street to see the house at No. 7 where two famous residents from Ulysses lived: Leopold and Molly Bloom. Then go to Parnell Square and nearby Gates Theater where Orson Welles and James Mason began their acting careers.
Day-3. DUBLIN: Go for a guided city tour of Dublin. Visit Dublin Castle, the Custom House, the masterpiece of James Gordon one of the greatest architects of the 18th century, St. Patrick Cathedral, where famous writer and satirist Jonathan Swift was a Dean from 1713-1747 and Oscar Wilde’s Trinity College with the Old Library. Do not forget to spend some time admiring the Book of Kells which was written around the year 800 AD. This amazing book is one of the most beautifully illustrated manuscripts in the world. The rest of the day is free.
Day-4. DUBLIN – DERRY: Visit the Dublin Writers Museum where you will find items and books from great Irish writers and poets like Bernard Shaw, James Joyce, Samuel Becket, Jonathan Swift, William Butler, Robert Yeates, Oliver Goldsmith, and many others. Then travel along the Northern shore of the Irish Sea and to Northern Ireland. You will visit Giant’s Causeway and hear the legends that surround this geological masterpiece of 37,000 hexagonal basalt columns. Then travel to Derry.
Day-5. DERRY – KNOCK: Journey through the towns of Portrush and Portstewart and the Blue Stack Mountains to reach Donegal Castle and the Priory. Travel to Sligo to visit the Yeates Memorial Building which holds the Sligo Art Gallery. Stroll through this lovely town. Late arrival to Knock for overnight.
Day-6. KNOCK – ENNIS: Continue through Connemara, the wonder of rivers, lakes, and hills. Arrive at Galaway to see the Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Spanish Arch, and Eyre Square. In the afternoon continue along with Ireland’s breathtaking panorama of the Clare Coast. Stop to view the Cliffs of Moher which are 668 feet high. Late arrival to Ennis.
Day-7. ENNIS – TRALEE: A spectacular and exciting day awaits you. Travel along the amazing Ring of Kerry for a 100-mile panoramic drive. A shortstop in Killarney, known for its three lakes, before continuing to the town of Tralee for overnight.
Day-8. TRALEE – CORK: Across Dingle Bay, the setting for the movie Ryan’s Daughter. Cross the Kerry Mountains to reach Blarney famous for its magical Stone of Eloquence. Then continue to Cork for overnight.
Day-9. CORK-WATERFORD- DUBLIN: Travel to Waterford, a stronghold founded by Danish Vikings. Visit Avoca to see Ireland’s oldest handweaving mill. Continue to Glendalough Visitor Center with its audiovisual show Ireland of the Monasteries. Your last stop will be Enniscorthy, the site of the final battle of the Great Rebellion of 1798. Then travel along the Eastern shore of Ireland to reach Dublin.
Day-10. DEPARTURE: Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

PAYMENT POLICY:
A down payment of $300.00 for the tours in 2023 is due before July 31st, 2022, and for the trips in 2024 before July 31st, 2023.

The down payment is not refundable.
The number of participants, the ratio, and the price can be changed according to request.
INSURANCE – optional.
Includes trip cancellation, lost baggage, trip interruption, and medical insurance. It will be added to your first payment.

Adults based on age.
If your group or any individuals from your group do not accept this insurance, the group leader must inform E&L GROUP TOURS USA in writing.
All individuals traveling with E&L GROUP TOURS USA must show proof of valid travel insurance.
