The price is based on 35 paying travelers and 6 free chaperones. For smaller independent groups we will adjust the price. The ratio for free chaperones stays 1/6. The lowest number of paying participants for an independent group is 10.
BEJING, XIAN, GULIN, YANGSHUO, HANGZHOU, WUZHEN, SUZHOU, SHANGHAI
Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY – BEIJING: Flight to Beijing.
Day-2. BEIJING: Upon arrival start with the guided orientation bus tour of the city. End the tour at your hotel situated close to Tien An Men. In the evening enjoy dinner at a traditional Beijing restaurant.
Day-3. BEIJING: On a guided tour visit Tiananmen Square, the largest city square in the world. Proceed to Forbidden City, the former Imperial Palace of the Ming and Qing Dynasties which is the grandest integral palace complex still remaining in China. Continue to the Summer Palace and the gardens which are the most beautiful classical gardens in China. In the evening enjoy the Peking Opera show.
Day-4. BEIJING: On a guided bus tour visit the Great Wall (Badaling Section), the most outstanding representation of China’s Great Wall, and the Sacred Road, the Road to Heaven. Visit the Ming Tombs. Return to Beijing to visit Olympic Stadium, Water Cube, and one of the traditional Hutong areas. Hutongs are alleys formed by lines of siheyuan, traditional courtyard residences. In the evening taste a famous Peking Duck Dinner in a traditional Chinese restaurant
Day-5. BEIJING – XIAN: Visit Beijing’s splendid Temple of Heaven before boarding a domestic flight to Xian. Upon arrival Xian transfer to your centrally located hotel.
Day-6. XIAN – GUILIN: On a guided tour visit the incredible Terra-cotta Warriors, life-size soldiers sculpted from real-life models. Qin Shi, the first emperor of China, ordered the clay warriors in 210-2019 BC. The site is considered to be one of the most famous archaeological finds of the 20th century. Continue to the City Walls and the Bell Tower with its traditional Chinese architectural features. In the evening board the flight to Guilin.
Day-7. GUILIN – YANGSHUO: In the morning transfer to the cruise ship. Start with a
fascinating cruise along the Li River following the spectacular landscapes. See the local fisherman and their cormorants before arriving at Yangshuo.
Day-8. HANGZHOU – WUZHEN WEST: Morning flight to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, take a short ride to Wuzhen West, the most beautiful of all water towns in China. See the original docks, waterside pavilions, and manors mostly built over 400 years ago. After the cruise on the canals enjoy some free time and relax in your hotel.
Day-9. WUZHEN – SUZHOU – SHANGHAI: Travel to nearby Suzhou, known as the most famous Garden City in China. Explore the Grand Canal and the Marco Polo Bridge. Later visit Pnamen Gate and the Garden of the Humble Administrator. Continue with the visit to the Lion Forest Garden, Lingering Garden with Canglang Pavilion, Twin Pagodasand Tiger Hill. At the end of the tour join your tour director for a visit to the Silk Embroidery Center. Go on to Shanghai. Enjoy the rest of the day for some late shopping or a hunt for traditional Chines souvenirs.
Day-10. SHANGHAI: Visit the Shanghai Museum., Yu Garden, and the Old City, a great place for excellent shopping and fun. Also, explore Shanghai’s waterfront running along the west shore of the Huangpu River
Day-11. DEPARTURE: Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Includes trip cancellation, lost baggage, trip interruption, and medical insurance. It will be added to your first payment.
