Day-1. DEPARTURE CITY – GLASGOW: Overnight flight to Scotland.

Day-2. GLASGOW: Arrive in Glasgow and transfer to your centrally located hotel. Check-in and go for a guided city tour by bus of this beautiful Scottish city. See/ Visit: Glasgow Cathedral, Glasgow Green that is Glasgow’s oldest park, the Glasgow Necropolis-cemetery, the Hill House, and the Hutcheson’s Hall, one of the most elegant buildings in Glasgow, and more. Free afternoon.

Day-3. GLASGOW – EDINBURGH: In the morning transfer by your bus to Edinburgh. On your way first, visit Loch Lomond and then go on and have a guided tour of the Stirling Castle, historically the most important castle in Scotland. Arrive in Edinburgh in the evening and check into your hotel. If still not tired go for a “ghost” walking tour.

Day-4. EDINBURGH: Start with a guided city tour. During your city tour, you will visit sites like Holyrood Palace, St.’ Giles Cathedral, Charlotte Square, Walter Scott Monument, and more. Have a guided tour of Edinburgh Castle, a 12th-century royal palace dominating the skyline of the city.

Day-5. EDINBURGH – LONDON: Travel to London by train. Arrive in the late afternoon. Check into your hotel and go for a guided walking tour of the city center.

Day-6. LONDON: Spend a day visiting London with Hop on Hop off the bus. One of many stops will include a guided visit to the Tower of London, once a royal palace and a prison. See many of the chambers of the palace as well as the Crown Jewels. Then continue to the area of the British Parliament and Big Ben and see the statue of Winston Churchill. Visit the Westminster Abby, a magnificent gothic cathedral and the coronation and burial site of British Monarchs. Your tour will also include stops at Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street, London Eye, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, and the Buckingham Palace.

Day-7. LONDON: Take a bus ride to Warwick and have a guided tour of Warwick Castle, Britain’s Greatest Mediaeval Castle. See the lavishly decorated staterooms and more. In the evening you may catch a performance in London’s West End and around Leicester Square (optional).

Day-8. Day-9. LONDON – WINDSOR CASTLE – LONDON: Go for a guided visit to Windsor Castle, one of the principal official residences of the British Monarch Queen Elizabeth II. This grand and elegant castle is one of the rare castles fully in function with furnished grand apartments. Queen of England spends many weekends of the year in the castle using it for both state and private entertaining. Have some free time before going back to London.

Day-10. LONDON – DEPARTURE: Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Day-11. EXTENSION – ADDA DAY with a LEEDS CASTLE and WHITE CLIFFS OF DOVER TOUR: Go for an excursion to Leeds Castle, a medieval place and a home to some of Britain’s earliest monarchs. After the guided tour of the castle continue to Canterbury a town dating back to prehistoric and Roman times.
