PRICES:

E&L GROUP TOURS USA prices are reasonable because we do not have a high overhead. We prefer to give you a good quality tour at a reasonable price instead of spending a lot of money on advertising. The price of our tour is based on 35 paying travelers and 6 free chaperones. We adjust the price for smaller groups. The ratio is 6 paying travelers and 1 free chaperone. The smallest group we can accommodate is 10 travelers.

INDEPENDENT TOURS

With E&L GROUP TOURS USA you travel on your bus and with your tour director. We do not combine groups.

HOTELS

E&L GROUP TOURS uses centrally located hotels.

SUPPLIERS

At E&L GROUP TOURS USA we have a very good relationship with our suppliers all over the world. They are trusted, and checked-out registered companies. They have their insurance as it is required by law.

TOUR GUIDES

E&L GROUP TOURS USA  hires English speaking registered tour guides who travel with our tours 24/7. Also in every city, museum and site, we hire a registered city tour guide. We at E&L GROUP TOURS USA insist on guided tours of the sites and museums because they are usually so overwhelming that just walking by is not the way to do it. The specialized tour guide tells you the story and points out the most important things.

REROUTING

In the unlikely event that any country, city, or site becomes unstable before or during your trip, or if a particular world event creates a safety concern, E&L GROUP TOURS USA will REROUTE your trip.

INSURANCE

E&L GROUP TOURS USA offers you travel insurance. 

If your group or any individuals from your group do not accept this insurance, the group leader must inform E&L GROUP TOURS USA in writing.

All individuals traveling with E&L GROUP TOURS USA must show proof of valid travel insurance.

The most important one is the trip interruption insurance. In the unlikely event that any of the countries, cities, or sites become unstable and you get stranded for a day or two, we organize hotels, food, transportation, and the insurance covers it.

We have been in many complicated situations where solutions had to be done right away. Our first task is to solve the problem and safely bring everybody home.

Health insurance, trip cancellation, and lost luggage must also be included in your insurance policy.

We are world travelers, so it will be no problem to come to your school to talk or to give a presentation.
